Terms & Policies
Text messages: We request opt-in from customers to contact you via checkboxes. We don't send marketing text messages, just information about your appointments, bike updates and support. Message and data rates may apply
Appointment Policies: Please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
Pricing: No price matching. Purchase price is final as of date of deposit or first payment. Our policy is to use the advertised MSRP that was in effect on the date of your estimate and/or deposit payment. This policy ensures consistency and fairness for all our customers; while we understand that a sale, promotional offer, or price drop may become available after a purchase, we are unable to provide retroactive price adjustments.
Return Policy: All returns subject to approval. All accessories are returnable within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Any returns must have a receipt, original packaging, and be in new condition. All bikes, subject to approval, are returnable within 30 days of purchase, with a 10% restocking fee applied. All clearance, floor bike, demo bike, and demo accessory sales are final.
No Asshole Policy: It’s easy to be kind, and a lot harder to be rude. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and do not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind.
60-day Tune Up Policy: A complimentary 60-day tune up is provided for every new bike purchase. These appointments must be booked within the first 60 days of taking home a new bike and cover a basic tune up for you bike: brake adjustments, shifting adjustments, tensionsing and tightening of existing components. Additional services requested may incure an additional charge.
Privacy Policy: In some cases, we need to share bike and purchase information with the manufacturer. We never sell or transfer your personal information to an unrelated third party.
